The City has offered Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing for single-family and multi-family homes since 2010. The City also offered the Pay-As-You-Save (PAYS) pilot program for multifamily properties. Hayward properties can also participate in the Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements (BAMBE) program, which offers cash rebates, no-cost energy consulting, and access to financing. https://www.bayren.org/multifamily .
