The City of Hayward offers conservation programs including free water-conserving devices and rebates for toilets, rain barrels, and turf replacement.  The City also offers free water-wise landscaping classess throughout the year and water conservation education programs for schools.  For more information, please contact the Public Works - Environmental Services Division at 510-583-4700.
