M-22 Truck Routes Study

The City shall conduct a study of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act (STAA) truck routes and local truck routes (i.e. Hayward Traffic Code Section 6.11) to evaluate and confirm the optimal network for truck traffic through and within the city.  Based on findings from the study, the City shall prepare and submit recommendations to the City Council on an appropriate system of truck routes.
