Construction was completed on approximately eight miles of distribution pipelines in 2019, and on the recycled water tank, pump station, treatment facility in 2020. Phase 1 customer site retrofits and connections to the recycled water system were completed in 2020. Customer deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2021.
