H-1 Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program (HRLP)

The City shall continue to provide below market-rate rehabilitation loans to qualified lower-income homeowners to make repairs (costing more than $5,000) to correct major health and safety deficiencies and make needed accessibility modifications. The City shall disseminate information to homeowners who participate in the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program regarding rehabilitation standards, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation measures.
